Sometimes life happens. The kind of life happening that has you rattled, sad and completely overwhelmed. I came into ABC pawn after calling beforehand to see if I could sell an item. The person I spoke to was patient and told me to come in for an appraisal. There was a small wait, however, every interaction with every customer was respectful and knowledgeable. When it was my turn,Tyler was very kind and extremely knowledgeable. I came in the next day to sell my item and Tyler, and the other gentleman working, were again kind, respectful and knowledgeable. I would 100% recommend using ABC's services.

Every now and then when work slows down, and I find myself needing a helping hand to get by, This is the go to place I rely on. They are the most trustworthy ,honest ,giving, Kind hearted establishment you will ever come across in this industry. So before you go anywhere else and you get Looked at like you’re completely worthless and the stuff that you’re trying to sell or Pawn is worthless save the hassle and go here. They will treat you like you’re somebody. You’re probably most likely be mind blown of the kind of offers they have to give. Not to mention their inventory is Phenomenal. To be honest, I’m not sure how they make money selling items at their prices, but they blow everybody and I do mean everybody sky high out of the water completely . you can actually have a few laughs with these guys and for a quick moment the business end of things gets put aside. I’m telling you I’ve never seen anything like it.

The best pawn shop around the coyote County area. If you need to go there to pawn anything or sell this is the place to go.

I had a great experience thanks to Joe. From the moment I started looking around, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and easy to talk to. He spent a lot of time helping me check out different watches, explaining the differences between them, answering questions, and making sure I found exactly what I was looking for instead of rushing me through the process. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers and knows his stuff. On top of that, he also helped me find the ammo I needed and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was that he went the extra mile to help me get the best discount possible, which I really appreciated. A lot of employees just do the minimum, but Joe genuinely took the time to make sure I left satisfied. Customer service like this is hard to find nowadays. Friendly attitude, knowledgeable, patient, and willing to help with anything. Because of Joe, this was one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had in a long time. Definitely deserves recognition for how well he treats customers. I’ll absolutely be coming back again
